St. Stanislaus school

The school building of St. Stanislaus Kostka Parish was a multi-story edifice made of brick. The nun’s residence can be seen to the left of the church

The old communion rail can be seen at the altar of St. Stanislaus church.

 

St. Stanislaus rectory

The rectory at St. Stanislaus parish was located on the northwestern corner of Detroit and Tecumseh, in the next block north of the church. The building still stands today.

 

 

St. Stanislaus nun’s first residence

The first convent built for the nuns at St. Stanislaus Parish was a simple two-story wooden structure.

 

St. Stanislaus new nun’s residence

The new convent for the nuns at St. Stanislaus Parish was a two-story brick and stucco structure. It was located to the left of the new church building. It is no longer standing.
